The Commerce and Industry Minister Monique Nsanzabaganwa drives a tractor at the groundbreaking ceremony for Bakhresa Milling Project at the Industrial park Rwanda on 08th march 2010. Bakhresa Group, a regional grain milling company, shall invest US$24 million (Rwf13.7 billion) in Rwanda as part of its expansion drive.
